I love being outside!
I live on a farm, back in 1940 my Grandaddy bought 100 acres of land so that all his family could live together...today most of us do live on that 100 acres...60 of the acres still have cows on it which is on 2 sides of my 2 acres...I have cows beside and behind me, the cows are hiding in these pictures
this picture was taken February 28, 2009 of the birds playing in the water puddles in my yard

this is from my front porch of the snow falling on the magnolia tree
I think snow is beautiful but I'm glad we don't get it that often

AW! Pretty! It is nice to get snow once in awhile, but I definitely don't want it a lot, or it would drive me crazy. You're so lucky you get to live on a farm. That is my dream one day to have a nice big farm, 100 acres or more. Sounds like you enjoy living, there and I'm jealous!
What beautiful pictures! You are lucky to live on such a big farm. Have a great day!
Beautiful pictures.. falling snow is so peaceful.. I'm glad ours is soon to be a distant memory..

That picture of the barn in the snow is awesome! You must get that blown up & framed!
Boy it's great to have that shot from one day to the next. Snow is great when you don't have to live with it all winter! How cool that your grandfather bought all that land! Happy OW!

Gorgeous pictures! Thanks for sharing ... Have a great Wednesday!
How pretty!
You'll have to take some pics of your cows one day. I have one I'll post next week for OW that's cute.
How nice that most of your family can live close to each other and on a farm. I love the photo of the snow and your barn. I enjoyed the snow for the few hours we had it but I'm ready for spring. Thanks for sharing.
Blessings,
Elizabeth
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I enjoyed your ow photos. Especially the snow photos.
What a neat story. I so wish our family would have kept its land instead of selling it-(long before I was here on earth). I grew up with farms all around us. My parent’s house is right in the middle of an apple orchard that used to belong to a farmstead next door. I now live in a tiny borough along the Susquehanna River.
Thankfully just minutes away from my back door are still a horse farm & orchards.
Pretty in small doses, right? It looks ike you have a lot of land for your family. How nice.

Kristi, wasn't the snow fun? And just enough. Happy OW!
Hi Kristie!
Thanks for leaving me a comment. What fun...living on a farm. Sometimes I imagine myself and my family owning a farm and raising animals, growing plants, like a self-sustained kind of lifestyle.
Looking forward to reading more about your "Crazy Life".
